Workout for Mon, Dec 15

Notes: The points table is all updated. Make sure you do comment your workouts in every day. Trust me, it is going to be extremely valuable for you to be able to look me and look at your training throughout the year. You will be able to evaluate what you would and wouldn't do differently, and also compare it to future years of training and evaluate what worked better for you. Feel free to comment in your thoughts on your workout as well; this blog is to help everyone track their progress.

Points: the table is going to reset to zero at the end of the week, Friday. Everyone on the board will get points based on their position that will go into an overall board (ie. 1st place gets 10 points if there are 10 people on the board, 2nd gets 9 etc). This way everyone gets a fresh start over break and we will run a winter break competition for the most points :)

Workout (10 + bonus as appropriate): 60 minutes steady state in a combination you see fit. Try 2 x 30 or 3 x 20 or 3 x 15.

Henry great to see you have joined the blog. A BB&N sport is worth 9 points per day. Look through your email for the points table I sent out a while ago, if you can't find it, let me know, and I will email you another one. Get your friends to start using the blog as well.

My workout: full stadium7.6, run there and back (1) *1.2 = 10.3 points
