Workouts, inspiration, and information will all be posted here as a resource for BB&N rowers. It will allow all rowers to record their times and progress, as well as monitor their fellow teammates. There will be 5 workouts, along with 1 required workout, posted each week.

Thursday March 5th
Captain's practice 3:30pm (ish) at the tanks. We may be sharing with the girls (in which case we might do mixed gender relays or something). Or we might have them to ourselves. In any case, a good time will be had by all.
Run: from BB&N to the 1st bridge upstream, cross over, then to the 1st bridge downstream, cross over, and back. Do the stadium before you cross over the upstream bridge and come back
Stadium: full stadium
Timing: the clock starts as soon as you start the erg and ends when you get back to BB&N having done the stadium and run. Transitions therefore count in the overall time :)
