Workouts, inspiration, and information will all be posted here as a resource for BB&N rowers. It will allow all rowers to record their times and progress, as well as monitor their fellow teammates. There will be 5 workouts, along with 1 required workout, posted each week.
The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.
